Bleach can discolor or damage unfinished, painted, or otherwise delicate wood finishes.
Why
Clorox explicitly approves finished hardwood but prohibits unsealed wood. Wood is therefore compatible when it has an intact sealed/finished surface.
What to do
Use only on sealed or finished wood, test a hidden area first, follow the specified contact time, then wipe and rinse as directed. Do not use on unsealed wood.
